Q. What are your hours of operations?

A. We are open from 8:00 - 20:00 GMT+1 Monday - Friday.  Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00. But you can make your purchases at anytime ( We have you covered).

Q. How is your shipping terms?

A. Dear Customer, your products will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days after payment of order. It will be delivered at your doorstep within 14 working days. (And hey, thanks for your understanding and supporting our business).

Q.  How is your return Policy?

A. Like we said about Our Mission, we want to build a long term business relationship with anyone that has come to this web-store. We believe that integrity is worth far more than any material value in this passing world. Consider the flowers of the Lilly that blossom in the morning and withers in the evening. Likewise are humans that breaths in oxygen and brings out carbon dioxide. The moment a fellow ceases to respond to the in-take and out of the air naturally and artificially, it amounts to the expiry of that fellow on this planet earth.  We will be glad to deal with those whose conscience are awaken in mindfulness of the legacy they leave before the inevitable exit.

Therefore, in our return Policy, instead of returning items, You can just contact us for a refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong being very sincere to yourself. Also send along image pictures and videos, then we will give you your money back. If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or re-circle it.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeline specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order, but still receive the package then please you will have to go ahead and do us a favour to donate the product to any of our prescribed charity organizations or return it to us according to our prescriptions.

Q. What happens if I receive the wrong item?   

A. If there is an issue with your order:- If it is the wrong size, wrong colour, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted--- then simply notify us and we will give a replacement sometimes, at your logistics expense or refund you. We might or might not ask you to ship the product back to our distribution origin.

Q. Do you offer exchange?

A. Normally, We do not offer exchanges, but however if for any reason, you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know by emailing info.at.nobleleads.net and we will get things sorted out with you to your satisfaction.
